Gender Values: Key Project Contributors

Guiding Coalition

A strong guiding coalition, instead of a single individual, is critical to facilitating institutional change and anchoring family-friendliness in new organizational strategies and approaches. The Gender Values Guiding Coalition members represent a cadre of nationally and internationally recognized experts with strong position, broad expertise, and high credibility in institutional change for STEM gender equity.
