Nonmember Individual Rate: $515

Members Individual Rate: $450

Student Rates (early, regular, or onsite registration): $75
Pre-conference Workshop Member Rate: $100
Pre-conference Workshop Nonmember Rate: $125
Cancellation Policy
- Refunds will be provided for cancellations received in writing or via e-mail by October 15, 2008. A $100 processing fee will be deducted.
- After October 15, 2008 no refunds will be made on any cancellations received.
- Registrations are transferable within an institution at any time.
