Conference Registration Fees
General Registration--After February 3, 2009
Members Individual Rate: $450
Members Team Rate: $400 (per individual, 3 or more individuals from same campus)
Nonmember Individual Rate: $565
Nonmember Team Rate: $515
Other Rates and Fees
Student Rates (early, regular, or onsite registration): $75
Pre-conference Workshop Member Rate: $100
Pre-conference Workshop Nonmember Rate: $125
Cancellation Policy
- Refunds will be provided for cancellations received in writing or via e-mail by February 3, 2009 . A $100 processing fee will be deducted.
- After February 3, 2009 no refunds will be made on any cancellations received.
- Registrations are transferable within an institution at any time.
