Pre-conference Workshop Member Rate:                           $100

Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds will be provided for cancellations received in writing or via e-mail by February 7, 2013.  A $100 processing fee will be deducted.
  • After February 7, 2013 no refunds will be made on any cancellations received.
  • Registrations are transferable within an institution at any time.
