The following hotels are within close driving distance of the Washington Duke Inn (where all conference activities take place) and had availability on 10/18. AAC&U will not be coordinating transportation from these locations and has not arranged a conference rate.

The conference rate is available through the deadline as space allows. We encourage you to make hotel reservations as soon as possible. Once the AAC&U room block is sold out (often well before the rate deadline) the discounted rate will no longer apply and rooms at the hotel may no longer be available.
Getting Between the Washington Duke and Hilton Hotels
The Hilton will provide regular shuttle service to the Washington Duke Inn. If the shuttle will be your primary mode of transportation, please email Siah Annand at annand@aacu.org so that we can anticipate demand. The Washington Duke Inn provides complimentary self-parking for day visitors. Parking is also complimentary at the Hilton.
Transportation
Raleigh Durham International Airport is located 20 miles from the Washington Duke Inn. Cab fare is $40, one-way. There is no direct public transit between the airport and Washington Duke Inn, but bus service with a transfer is available and can be planned at www.gotriangle.org/.
