VALUE: Valid Assessment of Learning in Undergraduate Education

Outcomes

Once completed, the VALUE project will result in a number of specific products:

• an audit of best practices to foster and assess essential learning outcomes
• commissioned reports and/or articles about outcomes, practices, and assessments, especially for areas not covered by standardized tests
• a recommended framework, disseminated throughout higher education, for how to measure, assess, and archive evidence of  student learning  for multiple purposes and audiences
• a leadership group of diverse institutions to serve as models and resources for others
• a set of presentations and materials for  AAC&U summer institutes, working conferences and current and future campus-based projects.
