SPONSORSHIP OF ANNUAL MEETING MOBILE APP:
$2,000 or $3,000

SOLD
This level is no longer available.

MOBILE APP for Meeting Duration (four days):
$3,000 for a sponsor who will only sponsor the mobile app
-or-
$2,000 for a sponsor who will add this opportunity to an existing 2016 Annual Meeting sponsorship

AAC&U’s Annual Meeting Guidebook Mobile app has been one of our most successful additions to the meeting, and it is used regularly by more than 60% of all registrants on their Smartphones, iPads, and/or laptops—and that percentage is growing.

Most registrants download the app before the meeting to scroll through sessions, create personal schedules, learn who else is attending, and check transportation tips.  On site, the app is used to follow daily schedules, search for speakers and registrants, link to session materials, peruse restaurant suggestions, learn more about our sponsors, follow an active Twitter feed, and provide feedback to AAC&U.

The sponsoring company or organization will be featured every time a registrant uses the Annual Meeting mobile app—before and during the meeting. The mobile app will run a banner at the bottom of the home screen that highlights the sponsor’s name and logo. With one easy tap or click, registrants can be directed to the sponsor’s page (with logo, name, and full description), or to the sponsor’s website.

This sponsorship is available to those who select another sponsorship level for the 2016 Annual Meeting ("current sponsor"); or as a "stand-alone" sponsorship level for the mobile app only. Please note that the benefits for the stand-alone option do not include a display table at the Annual Meeting.

Sponsorship opportunity for the display of materials and discussions with meeting attendees

  • Logo and recognition in Preliminary Program/Registration brochure reaching 25,000 individuals, including presidents, senior campus administrators, and faculty members nationwide (for sponsorship agreements completed by August 21, 2015).
  • Logo and special recognition in Final Program (for sponsorship agreements completed by November 13, 2015).
  • Featured logo and recognition on Annual Meeting Web site with link to sponsor Web site.
  • Recognition on donor list in fall issue of Liberal Education, AAC&U’s premier publication.
  • Two complimentary conference registrations and opportunity for two representatives to attend meeting sessions of your choice.
  • Inclusion in listing of sponsors on the Annual Meeting’s Mobile app, with sponsor’s logo, description, and link to website.

Additional Opportunity for Sponsors
DEMONSTRATION SESSION AT THE E-PORTFOLIO FORUM
SOLD
This level is no longer available.

AAC&U will offer its E-Portfolio Forum all day Saturday, January 23, 2016. Sponsors have the option of adding a demonstration session to an existing 2016 Annual Meeting sponsorship.

Limited to five sponsors

Sponsors at the Friend or Contributing Level (or higher) have the additional opportunity to offer a demonstration of their service or product as a concurrent session within the E-Portfolio Forum, which will be held all day Saturday, January 23, 2016.

There will be five (5) opportunities for sponsors to present a session at the E-Portfolio Forum—two opportunities in the morning (60 minute sessions), and three in the afternoon (45 minute sessions).

Cost to Sponsor Morning Sessions (2 opportunities):
$1,500
This level is no longer available

Cost to Sponsor Afternoon Sessions (3 opportunities):
$1,000

The E-Portfolio Forum—which is an all-day event held concurrently with the Saturday morning program of the Annual Meeting—typically draws more than 300 participants to the Forum’s morning sessions.  Annual Meeting registrants are welcome to attend the morning sessions of the Forum at no additional cost, increasing the number of potential attendees to the morning sessions. The E-Portfolio Forum will continue through the afternoon.

The afternoon portion of the E-Portfolio Forum typically attracts 200-250 individuals who register specifically for this event.  Because there are typically fewer participants in the afternoon sessions, we have reduced the cost for sponsors who present a session on Saturday afternoon.

Contributing Sponsors who select Option A at the Contributing Level (see above) will present a conference session with a campus partner during the Annual Meeting program on Thursday, January 21, or Friday, January 22.  The demonstration session on Saturday, January 23, 2016, will be in addition to the earlier presentation and can treat a different topic.  Forum sponsors must present along with a campus partner already using the product.
